Staff and food were beautiful, I loved every detail. Booked a room with a king size bed. The a la carte restaurant for the dinner and the pool bar.

Food was outstanding and I have nothing but such wonderful memories from this trip. I was here for 3 nights and ate at a la carte restaurant for the dinner.

Brilliant and clean hotel, loved it. The location was magnificent, not too far from a sand beach. I spent some time with good drinks in the great main bar.

I loved my 10 night stay. The hotel room was air conditioned with a king size bed. The staff was welcoming specifically at the reception desk.

Fairly clean all-inclusive hotel with amazing service and drinks. Easy 30 minutes' ride to and from airport.

The hotel has excellent service and staff, I loved every detail. Plenty of supplies in the room: a safe box, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels and a mini bar fridge.

I have had a very enjoyable experience, this fully equipped, fairly clean hotel deserves more than 4 stars. They provide a buffet breakfast with plenty of options.

This property is adorable, it has nice staff and rooms. All in all it's tidy place, they have great beds.

I loved the hotel. Had beautiful room, outstanding service, spent my time lovely here. And it also had incredibly beautiful view. Selection of pizza and finger food at the lobby bar. Beautiful garden and lovely pool.

The place was clean, I liked its staff and location. My room included a flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control and an individual safe.

Tidy and small hotel, amicable stuff and air conditioned rooms. Fairly large suite and comfortable bed. Ideal location in the relaxing area. There is a lot of restaurants to eat, like El Galeon del Caribe that is only 10 minutes' walk away.

The staff was extremely helpful and the location was awesome - altogether a fairly nice experience. The room was extremely spacious & reasonably spacious, and the bathrooms were clean. The staff created a family atmosphere. There was a great pool on site too...

Very polite staff; excellent service; 0.5 km from the airport. Room was comfortable and towels were good. Top location, 10 minutes' walk to Golf with a view.

Brilliant stay. This hotel was tidy and reasonably large. Central location, within easy walking distance of a sand beach.

They had satisfactory breakfast with variety of items to choose from. They made my stay extra special. The location was JUST WONDERFUL - walking distance to everywhere I wanted to go.

I loved staff and views and really comfy bed. Hotel was so clean. The staff did all they can for an excellent stay. The venue was a great place for enjoying a beautiful area. The a la carte restaurant and poolside bar were also available;)))

Fairly clean and absolutely brilliant hotel in Venue district. And I was very close to the airport. My airconditioned room was absolutely great and beds were comfy. The service was exceptional and the staff were loyal too.

Private bathroom with all essentials. Lovely restaurants onsite. Furthermore, I could use free Wi-Fi. This is a hotel go-to for Cancun!

Rooms were air-conditioned, best staff, especially the waiter. Nook Restaurant, set within 5 minutes' walk, was the best for dining. Moreover, free Wi Fi was provided.

quite convenient next to a bus stop. brilliant place for a city break in cancun! we had fun in the pool of the hotel. the venue provided a parking.
